How do I Transfer Netspark to a new/Factory reset device?


A filtering license is valid for a single device
If a filtered device had been Factory reset, lost or had broke down while Netspark is installed with uninstall protection active, 
please follow these steps to reinstall the license safely:

  1.  Open netsparkmobile.com and download the app

  2. Once downloaded, Install the app and open it when finished
        

  3. Read the Terms and Conditions and tap Accept to continue, then tap install as you already have the Activation Code
        

  4. Enter Activation code and proceed by tapping install


  5. Now you will start the transfer process. State the status of the previously protected device, choose between an Active device, Inactive device, and a Factory Restored device.  


  6. If your device was broken or reset you will be prompted to enter your Admin Password to approve and finish the process
      
    Tap continue and enter password
     
    Continue with Installation according to the guide

  7. If the previously protected device is still functional, choose accordingly, approve with Admin password and let the process complete
      
    Once completed, continue with Installation according to the guide
