Samsung devices with Knox support provide enhanced security features that integrate seamlessly with Netspark Mobile for optimal protection. Follow this step-by-step guide to install Netspark Mobile on your Samsung device.
Important: If your device does not support Knox, you can still install Netspark Mobile and enhance its security by enabling Hardware Level Protection (Device Owner Mode). Visit this guide for more details on setting up Hardware Level Protection.
After downloading, open the app to begin the installation process.
Read through the Privacy Policy carefully, then tap Agree to proceed.
Tap Install and enter the unique six-character Activation Code sent to you by email and SMS. If you cannot find your code, refer to this guide for assistance.
For Netspark Mobile to function correctly, installation process will take you through settings to grant the following permissions:
Overlay Access
Tap Continue, toggle the button next to Netspark to allow the "Appear on Top," then return to the app.
Accessibility
Tap Continue to enter accessibility services, go to Installed Apps > Netspark Mobile, toggle the button on, and confirm.
Device Admin
Tap Continue, then activate Device Admin for Netspark.
Tap Continue, review the Knox privacy policy, and agree to the terms.
Tap Continue, toggle the button to allow Netspark to access All Files, and return to the app.
Tap Continue, toggle the button to allow Netspark Usage Data Access, and return to the app.
Tap Continue, and in the dialog box, tap OK to set up a VPN for Netspark.
Decide how Netspark should handle uninstallation:
Make your selection, then tap Continue.
Tap Continue, and in the dialog box, tap Allow to grant notification access.
Select the level of location access to grant Netspark. This permission enables location tracking, which can be adjusted at any time.
Congratulations, Netspark Mobile is now installed and protecting your Samsung device.
