We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to delete your Netspark Mobile account.


By deleting your account, you will permanently delete all your account details along with any associated data. 


Please note, 
If you only wish to cancel your account, please follow this guide to cancel immediatley. 
If you only wish to remove Netspark from the protected device, please follow one of these manuals:


Before we can delete your account, please make sure to remove Netspark Mobile app from your protected devices.

Once that is done, you can request an account deletion process by emailing an Account Deletion Request, stating the Email address or username of your Netspark Mobile account attached with a screenshot of your Identity Document.

Please note that deleting your account may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a notification once the account deletion process initiates, and another once it is completed.
