How to Cancel Your Netspark Mobile Subscription

Netspark Mobile offers a 7-day free trial to help new users explore the app without commitment. If the subscription is canceled within this trial window, no charges will be applied. If not canceled, the subscription will automatically become active and the corresponding annual or monthly rate will be charged at the end of the trial period.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, it’s essential to understand the following:

  • Canceling your subscription does not immediately deactivate your account or app.
    The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Ensure you remove Netspark Mobile from the device(s) you wish to cancel.
    Removing the app ensures the device is no longer filtered. You can choose to remove the app immediately or ensure it is removed before the end of the current billing cycle.

Important:
Removing the Netspark Mobile app does not cancel your subscription. You must complete the cancellation process as detailed below.


Cancel a Subscription Purchased Directly via Netspark Mobile (Credit Card or PayPal)

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Remove Netspark Mobile from the device(s) you want to cancel:
