How do I cancel my account?
Netspark Mobile offers a 7-Day Free Trial during so new users can try the app without commitment. If the subscription is cancelled within the 7-day trial window, no charges are applied. Otherwise, the annual subscription rate is automatically charged at the end of the trial window when the subscription becomes active.
If you wish to turn off the automatic renewal service, cancel your subscription. Once you've canceled your subscription, you can continue and use Netspark for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Before cancelling your subscription, you must first remove the Netspark Mobile app from your device and then cancel the subscription from within the management portal. If you purchased your subscription via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, you will need to cancel it in the Play Store or App Store.
Note:
Removing the Netspark Mobile app will not automatically cancel your subscription. After removing the application, you must complete the cancellation process from within the management portal, Google Play or Apple subscriptions. If you remove the app without cancelling your subscription, you will still be charged.
Cancel a Netspark Mobile subscription that was created with a credit card or PayPal:
1. Remove the Netspark Mobile app from your device.
2. Go to www.netsparkmobile.com from a computer (not a smart device) and log in to the management portal with your admin username and password.
3. Under the Connection/License Status column, click Cancel Subscription.
4. On the following screen, click Yes, Cancel the Subscription.
5. Your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
After the cancellation is complete, you will receive an email message confirming the cancellation of the subscription.
Cancel a Netspark Mobile subscription on Google Play:
1. Remove the Netspark Mobile app from your device.
2. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
3. Press the Menu button (three stripes on the top left).
4. Press Subscriptions".
5. Find Netspark Mobile and press Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.
After the cancellation is complete, you will receive an email message from Google confirming the cancellation of the subscription.
Cancel a Netspark Mobile subscription on an Apple device:
1. Remove the Netspark Mobile app from your device.
2. Open the Settings app on your device.
3. Press your name.
4. Press Subscriptions (If you don't see Subscriptions, press iTunes & App Store instead. Then press your Apple ID > press View Apple ID > sign in > scroll down to Subscriptions > press Subscriptions).
5. Press Netspark.
6. Press Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.
