An Activation Code is a unique six-character code sent via email and SMS after purchasing a Netspark license or subscription.
You will need this code to:

• Install Netspark on a device.
• Transfer a license to a new device.
• Reinstall Netspark after a factory reset.

1. Find Your Activation Code in Your Email

Check the email address you used when purchasing your license. Look for an email from Netspark containing your activation code.

2. Find Your Activation Code via SMS

Check your text messages for a message from Netspark with the activation code.

3. Find Your Activation Code in the Admin Web Dashboard

You can also locate your Activation Code in the Netspark Admin Dashboard by following these steps:

• Step 1: Go to netsparkmobile.com and log in using your admin email and password.
• Step 2: Locate the Connection/License Status column and click Display the Installation Link.
• Step 3: A new window will display your Activation Code.

Important Note:

When installing Netspark on a new device or after performing a factory reset, you must enter your Activation Code. This ensures your existing license is applied correctly and prevents the accidental creation of a new license.
