Where can I find my "Activation Code"?
An activation code is a unique six-letter code that you receive by text message and email after purchasing a license or subscription for Netspark. You will be required to enter this code is required when installing Netspark. You will also need your activation code when transferring a license to a new device or reinstalling Netspark after factory resetting a device.
Your Activation Code will also appear within the Netspark admin web dashboard and you can locate it by following these steps:
1. Go to netsparkmobile.com and log in to the admin web dashboard with your admin email address and password.
2. Click on Display the installation link, located under the Connection/License Status column.
3. The new window will display your activation code.
When installing Netspark on a new device or reinstalling Netspark on a factory reset device, you will need to enter your activation code. This is to ensure that you do not accidentally create a new license.
