How to Change Your Filter Level

With Netspark Mobile, you can adjust the filter level for each device at any time. Choose from preset levels or customize your own filter settings for ultimate control over your browsing experience.

Step-by-Step Guide to Change Your Filter Level

  1. Access Netspark:

    • Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device, or visit the Netspark Management Site.
    • Log in using your admin email address and password.

  2. Select a Device:

    • From the device list, select the device for which you'd like to change the filter level.

  3. Adjust Filter Level:

    • Tap on the Filter Level option.
    • Select your desired filter level:
      • Strict: Safe filtering for maximum protection.
      • Moderate: Balanced filtering for general protection.
      • Light: Minimal filtering for broader access.
      • Custom: Create a personalized filter level by defining how each content category is managed.

  4. Confirm Changes:

    • The new filter level will be applied successfully to the selected device.
