How do I change my filter level?

Netspark Mobile allows you change your filter level at anytime for each device. You can choose your level from of our preset levels, or choose the custom filter level which allows you to define how Netspark filters each content category (for information about our filtering levels, please visit this article).

In order to change your filter level, please follow these steps:

1.  Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device.

2. Login with your admin email address and password.

3. Select the device you'd like to change the filter level for from the device list (the default selected device is your device).

4. Press the Filter Level button.

5. Choose the desired filter level.

5. The filter level has been successfully changed.
