📱 To ensure full compatibility and optimal performance when using Netspark Mobile, we recommend the following Android devices:

  All recent models running Android 12 or higher

  All recent models running Android 12 or higher

  All recent models running Android 12 or higher

• Xiaomi
  All recent models running Android 12 or higher
  Requires installation of a dedicated plugin during setup
  ℹ️ Note: Some Xiaomi models do not include the option to enable “Display over other apps”, which Netspark normally requires. For these models, the installation skips this step automatically. If your device gets stuck in a loop asking for this permission, please contact support.

• Realme / OPPO / Vivo
  Supported devices — in some cases, additional hardware level protection may be required during installation

  ⚠️ Important Note for Android 15 and Above

  On Android 15 and newer, the security certificate installation is no longer included in the standard setup process. An additional step is required to complete installation:

  • Option 1: Install the Netspark-provided Chromium-based protected browser (certificate built-in).

  • Option 2: Manually install the Netspark certificate by following our step-by-step guide.

  Both options are available after setup when you first open a browser.
