Netspark’s advanced filtering technology is available for Macs running macOS High Sierra (10.13) and above. Follow these steps to install Netspark on your Mac.

Step 1: Begin Installation

1. Open the email you received after registering your device.
2. Click on the Install Netspark Mobile button.

• If you cannot find the email, download the installation file here.
• Don’t have a Netspark account? Create one here.

Step 2: Confirm Your Device Type

• A pop-up will appear asking if you are on a Mac or iPad.
• Click the I'm on a Mac button.

Step 3: Download the Installer

1. Click the Download button.
2. Wait for the installation file to download to your Mac.

Step 4: Open the Installation File

1. Click the Show Downloads button near the top-right corner of the Safari window.
2. Double-click the installation file titled NetsparkMac.dmg.
3. A new window titled NetsparkMAC will open.

Step 5: Install Netspark

1. In the new window, double-click the Netspark icon.
2. When prompted, click Open.

Step 6: Activate Netspark

1. Enter the six-letter activation code from the email you received after registering your device.

2. Click Install.

Step 7: Complete Installation

1. Click Next when prompted.
2. Enter your Mac administrator password in the dialog box that appears.
3. Click OK.

Step 8: Finalize the Setup

1. Click Done.
2. Congratulations! Netspark is now installed and protecting your Mac.

Additional Notes

• Uninstall Protection is enabled automatically after installation.
• The Netspark icon will appear in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
