How do I add a new device to my account?

To add a new device to your account, please follow these steps:

1.  Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device, or visit  on your browser. 

2. Login with your admin email address and password.

3. Press the Menu button on the upper-left of corner of your screen.

4. Press Add Device.

5. Enter the device's info in the required fields, choose your protection level (for more information about our protection levels, click here), then press the Continue button.

6. Choose the type of license you wish to add - Mobile or Computer.

7. Agree the terms of service and select your preferred payment method - Credit card or PayPal.
    You may also enter an applicable coupon code if you have one, and proceed without entering paymaent information.

8. If you select to pay by Credit Card, fill in your credit card details and press the Continue button. If you select to pay with PayPal, you will be asked to login to PayPal to complete the payment process.

9. Congratulations, you're all set! The added device will now receive an email (and SMS if it's a Mobile device) containing a link to install Netspark and the license's activation code.

10. Open the installation link on the added device and install Netspark. You can find detailed installation guides for all supported devices by visiting this link.
