Updating Payment Method for Your Netspark Account
To ensure uninterrupted service, it’s important to keep your payment details up to date. Netspark allows you to update your credit card information or change your payment method between credit card and PayPal. Follow the steps below:
If you want to update the Credit Card used for your Netspark subscription, follow these steps:
Open the Netspark Mobile Management site in your browser and log in to your account.
Alternatively, you can access your account through the Netspark app.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
Select the device for which you want to update the Credit Card details.
Click the Update Credit Card button.
Enter your new Credit Card details and click Continue.
Your next payment will be charged to the updated Credit Card.
If you want to switch your payment method (e.g., from Credit Card to PayPal), follow these steps:
Log in to the Netspark Mobile Management site or app using your account credentials.
Click the Change Payment Method option.
Select your preferred payment method:
Credit Card: Enter the card details as prompted.
PayPal: Follow the on-screen instructions to link your PayPal account.
Confirm your choice to save the changes.
Future payments will be charged using the selected payment method.
You can manage your payment details for each device individually, so ensure you select the correct device if managing multiple accounts.
For security purposes, always log out after updating payment information, especially if using a shared device.
