In Android devices, Netspark requires some special permissions to filter and remain active all the time.

One of those permissions is the "Appear on Top" (sometimes reffered to as "Draw over other apps"), as Netspark needs to stay active when other apps are in use.

As this permission is crutial for Netspark's activity, and disabling it will bypass the filter. If you are using the Uninstall protection, we must protect "Appear on Top" from being disabled accidently.

Protecting this permission, means you can't enable or disable it for any app that may require it.
