I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your Netspark account password, you can easily reset it.

In order to reset your Netspark account password, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device.



2. Press Forgot? in the password field.



3. Enter the email address you used to create the account and the captcha code displayed. Netspark will send a password reset email to that address.



4. Check your inbox for the password reset email. Press the blue reset password button.



5. Enter your new password, then re-enter it for confirmation and press the Continue button.



Your password has been reset. You can return to Netspark and log in with the new password.

Resetting Your Password via Browser

If you are unable to reset your password through the app, you can easily do so using a web browser.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Netspark login page
  2. Click “Forgot Password?” (located next to the password field)
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Complete the verification step (enter the displayed numbers)
  5. Click to continue

What Happens Next

  • A password reset link will be sent to your email
  • Open your inbox and click the link
  • You will be redirected to a secure page

Set a New Password

  1. Enter your new password
  2. Re-enter it to confirm
  3. Submit the form

Your password will be updated immediately, and you can log in with your new credentials.
