I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your Netspark account password, you can easily reset it.

In order to reset your Netspark account password, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device.



2. Press Forgot? in the password field.



3. Enter the email address you used to create the account and the captcha code displayed. Netspark will send a password reset email to that address.



4. Check your inbox for the password reset email. Press the blue reset password button.



5. Enter your new password, then re-enter it for confirmation and press the Continue button.



Your password has been reset. You can return to Netspark and log in with the new password.

Note:
If the email doesn't seem to arrive, check your junk/spam folders.
