Renewing an Expired Netspark Device License

Netspark licenses are recurring. If your subscription was canceled and expired, you can renew the same license without creating a new device profile under the existing account.

Renewing keeps all your existing device settings and content configuration intact.

This is a self-service process — no support assistance is needed.

How to Renew an Expired License

  1. Log in to the Netspark Admin Dashboard (web browser only).

  2. Open the Devices list.

  3. Select and click the expired device you want to renew.

  4. Go to the Subscription tab.

  5. Click PAY.

  6. Complete the payment process as prompted.

  7. Once payment is completed, the license is reactivated and the device continues to be protected.
