Refund Request - Required Information

To help us locate your subscription and process your request according to policies, please provide one of the following identification details:

Credit Card Payment

  • Last 4 digits of the credit card
  • Exact charge amount
  • Exact charge date
  • (If possible) attach a confirmation or statement from your credit card company

Google Play Payment

  • The Transaction ID (GPA) received in the email from Google after the charge

PayPal Payment

  • The Transaction Number received in the email from PayPal after the charge

Additional Information

  • The email address used to create the subscription

Payments via Apple (App Store)

If your subscription was purchased via Apple:

  • The subscription is managed directly by Apple
  • We are unable to cancel the subscription or process refunds on Apple’s behalf

What You Need to Do

  • Cancel the subscription via your Apple account
  • Request a refund directly from Apple
