How do I pause the filter?

Pausing the Filter

The Pause Filter feature allows you to temporarily disable Netspark's filtering system without uninstalling the app. This can be useful for specific situations where filtering is not needed.

Important Note:

Pausing the filter will allow uninstalling Netspark without requiring a password, even if Uninstall Protection is enabled.

Steps to Pause the Filter

  1. Access Netspark:

    • Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device, or visit the Netspark Management Site.
    • Log in using your admin email address and password.

  2. Select the Device:

    • In the device list, select the device for which you wish to pause the filter.

  3. Pause the Filter:

    • Toggle off the Filter switch, located under the device list on the Netspark mobile app or on the main screen in the management site.

  4. Select Pause Duration:

    • Choose the time period for which you wish to pause the filter.

After Pausing the Filter

  • The filter will be paused immediately.
  • If a time period is selected, the filter will automatically resume after the specified time elapses.
