Introduction
Netspark Mobile offers advanced content filtering for iPhones and iPads, with options for:
- Quick Installation: Install the MDM and Netspark app to filter the device's apps and browsing.
- Full Installation: Install the MDM, Netspark app, while enabling Uninstall Protection to prevent unauthorized removal.
Note: If your device has Stolen Device Protection enabled, installation outside a trusted network may trigger a one-hour Security Delay. Follow the instructions in this section to avoid delays.
Quick Installation (Without Uninstall Protection)
For a simple setup that includes the MDM and Netspark app:
- Open the email or SMS with your Netspark installation link.
- Tap Install Netspark Mobile (use Safari browser).
- Follow the prompts to:
- Allow the profile to download.
- Navigate to Settings > Profile Downloaded to install the profile.
- Trust the profile when prompted.
- After installation, the Netspark app will automatically download.
- Open the Netspark app and grant necessary permissions.
- You're all set! A VPN icon in your status bar indicates the filter is active.
Optional: For enhanced security, consider enabling Uninstall Protection.
Full Installation (With Uninstall Protection)
Overview
Uninstall Protection restricts the ability to remove Netspark or alter certain device settings. This process requires a computer and an iOS device running iOS 12 or later.
Steps

- Use a USB cable to connect your iPhone/iPad to the computer.
- Trust the computer when prompted on your device.
3. Run the Installer
- Open the setup file on your computer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions:

- Disable Passcode and Find My iPhone during installation.
- Enter the activation code when prompted.
4. Enable Remote Management
- After your device restarts, tap Continue on the device.
- Apply the configuration.
5. Finalize Installation
- Re-enable Passcode and Find My iPhone after the setup completes.
- Your device is now protected and managed by Netspark.
Installation with Stolen Device Protection
