Installing Netspark with Uninstall Protection on iPhone/iPad
If the device you intend to install Netspark on has Stolen Device protection turned on, it is recommended to install in a trusted place (home, work, etc.), otherwise you will need to wait until the one hour Security Delay ends. For more details please click here

Installing with a Windows PC
Open the file, connect the iPhone/iPad with a USB cable to the PC and make sure you trust the computer when the notification appears on the device
- Click Start on the Welcome screen
Backup the content of your device:
Open iTunes→Right click the device from the list→select the Backup button
Make sure you have the iTunes program installed from the official Apple website (not Microsoft store). If its not installed you can find it
here.
- Once backup is done, click Next
Disable your Passcode:
Open Settings -->Tap Face ID & Passcode or Touch ID & Passcode -->Enter your existing Passcode -->Turn Passcode Off.
Once Passcode is disabled click Next
Disable Find My iPhone:
Open Settings →Tap your Apple ID→Tap Find My →Tap Find My iPhone→Toggle to turn it off.
Once Find My iPhone is disabled click Next
The Installtion process will now take place.
Make sure you do not disconnect or switch off the device
When prompted, enter the License Activation Code and click Next
The installation process will continue and your device will be restarted
Once the device restarts, click Next on the configuration screen,
Click Finish on the Installation process screen
The process will finalize some configurations
Your device in now filtered and protected, and Netspark app can only be removed using a password from the Admin panel
Note:
You may now re-enable the device's Passcode and Find my iPhone.
Installing with a Mac
Step 1 - Download and run the Uninstall Protection setup file
- When prompted, enter your Activation code
- Allow the installation to process without removing the device
Step 5 - Enable Remote Management
- After the device restarts, tap Continue
- Tap Apply configuration
- Tap Next
Wait until the device's Home Screen loads, then click the Finish button on your Mac.
Important! Do not click Finish until the Home Screen loads
