How can I receive email alerts?

As an account administrator, you can improve the security of your Netspark Mobile account by receiving email alerts in case the filter has been disabled or about any attempt to log in to the Netspark Mobile app.

In order to receive email alerts, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device.

2. Login with your admin email address and password.

3. Press the Menu button on the upper-left corner of your screen.

4. Press Account Settings.

5. Press the Edit button under Admin Email Alerts.

6. Enter the email address where you wish to receive the alerts and press the Save button. You can add multiple email addresses by adding a comma between each address.

7. Toggle on the type of alerts you wish to receive.
