How do I change my administrator username and password?
Your Netspark administrator username and password are set when you first create your account and you can change them at any time.
In order to change your administrator username and/or password, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device.
2. Login with your admin email address and password.
3. Press the Menu button on the upper-left corner of your screen.
4. Press Account Settings.
5. Press the Edit button next to the email address and/or password.
6. Set your new email address and/or password (you will need to confirm your password) and press the Save button.
